A large tank that had several thousand gallons of fuel oil was removed from the Courthouse grounds last week. The project price tag was around $20,000. According to Commissioner Ty Pell, the tank was installed during the major building renovation and expansion in the mid-1970’s and the fuel in the tank had not been used since the 1990’s.
