Jo Hall McFarland, owner of Hilltop Formals & Gifts will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening on August 23rd at 11:00 am at 232 West Street.
“I’m happy to introduce this new space to both the local community and to our clients,” said McFarland.
McFarland has been a member of the local business community since 1989 starting out as Hilltop Designs in Seaman, Ohio. Later relocating to Winchester on Tri-County Rd and opened Hilltop Event Center in 2006.
“We discontinued Hilltop Event Center because there are so many new wedding venues opening up in the area,” said McFarland. She purchased property in the heart of Winchester to keep doing the Tuxedo rental and Prom & Homecoming dresses and decided to add floral arrangements, Home Décor, and a Gift Shop.
“We still have our great customer service. Same great business that everyone has come to know and love just at a new location,” said Mcfarland.
The Brown County Chamber of Commerce will facilitate the 11:00 am ribbon-cutting.
“I’m delighted to invite the public to see how much I’ve added to the business,” said McFarland.
Hilltop Formals & Gifts offers tuxedo rental, formal dresses, flower arrangements.
According to McFarland, the new location has a small event room for rent with access to an outdoor covered patio area.
The public is invited to tour the facilities, enjoy light refreshments and meet the staff at 232 West St in Winchester on August 23, 2018 between 10am-7pm with the ribbon-cutting at 11:00 am. The Grand Opening will continue on the 24th and 25th 10am-7pm.
