The Adams County Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Chamber Awards Banquet on Friday evening, bringing together local leaders, business owners, and community members to celebrate excellence, leadership, and service at the Adams County Fairgrounds.
The evening was a time to recognize the individuals and organizations that have gone above and beyond in helping Adams County thrive. Winners across five award categories were honored for their dedication, innovation, and lasting impact on the community.
This year’s award recipients included: Non-Profit of the Year: Leadership Adams, Outstanding Leader of the Year: Mike Pell, Entrepreneur of the Year: Ryen Shiveley, Beautification of the Year: Adams County Training and Business Center, Business of the Year: Hilltop Golf Course.
“From creating jobs and driving local economic development to volunteering time and resources for worthy causes, these honorees exemplify what it means to lead with purpose and serve with heart,” Chamber officials shared in a statement. “Your contributions have not gone unnoticed. We are proud to celebrate your achievements and the positive difference you continue to make in our community.”
Adding to the evening’s highlights, State Representative Justin Pizzulli served as the guest speaker, delivering an inspiring message to Chamber members and guests about the importance of local leadership and community engagement. Chamber officials extended their thanks to Pizzulli for his participation and support.
The celebration was made even more special thanks to the generosity of table sponsors. Each guest went home with a gift courtesy of local businesses and organizations, and one lucky attendee took home a beautiful centerpiece.
