James B Sales, Jr., 45 years of age, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
Jamie was born on August 18, 1977, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of Patricia (Upshaw) Burrell and James Sales, Sr. Jamie was genuine, very sweet and authentic. He loved with his whole heart and was a bit of a jokester and could make anyone laugh. He had an infectious smile that could light up a room, however, he found his true happiness and purpose in life, through his children and in his work as a horse trainer.
Jamie is survived by his daughter, Niasha Mone Sales; and sons, Tajah Dershawn Sales and Jeremiah Nisir Sales; and the children’s mother, Lotonya Lowe. He also leaves his mother, Patricia Burrell; and his father, James B. (Mary Dillon) Sales, Sr.; siblings, Cora Upshaw, Betty Jean Sales, Charlie Jesse Dillon, and Jasmine Short; as well as aunts and uncles, Charmyne Nixon; Reverend Clyde (Deborah) Sales; and Prophetess Valerie (Theophilus) Jones; and extended family and friends.
According to Jamie’s wishes, he will be cremated. The family is planning a memorial service to be held at a later date.
